Rain Parade

It was a dark rainy day here in Holland, and I was feeling sort of depressed, and I wondered, how can you make such dark and depressing weather look fun, and who would like this kind of heavy rain?
This image sort of popped into my head, don't ask me why, it certainly made me fell better painting it!
